Our Story
Rise and Grind Coffee Co. began with a simple conviction: that the best coffee isn't just consumed — it's experienced. Tucked along Utah State Route 99 in Fillmore, our café is a gathering place where slow mornings are encouraged, conversations run deep, and every cup is pulled with deliberate care.
We source our beans from small farms committed to sustainable practices, roast them in limited batches to preserve their character, and pair each pour with pastries baked fresh each dawn in our kitchen.
